1. Service Scope & Booking Confirmation
Taxilanka Transfers and Vacations provides licensed passenger transport, airport transfers, chauffeur-driven cars, and custom round-island tour packages across Sri Lanka. A quotation request does not constitute a guaranteed ride until confirmed by our dispatch team with a unique booking reference.
2. Transparent Pricing & Highway Tolls
Base rates are calculated on accurate route distance (KM) and vehicle class. Expressways tolls (E01 Southern Expressway, E02 Outer Circular, E03 Colombo-Katunayake, E04 Central Expressway) range from Rs. 300 to Rs. 1,000 per exit and are paid separately at toll booths unless bundled into an all-inclusive quote.
3. Airport Meet & Greet and Flight Delays
For all Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) pickups, our chauffeurs monitor flight landing times in real time. We provide 90 minutes of complimentary waiting time after your flight touches down to allow for baggage claim and immigration clearance.
4. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Capacity
Passenger counts and luggage amounts must not exceed the legal seating and luggage capacities specified for each vehicle type. Smoking and consumption of illicit substances are strictly prohibited inside all fleet vehicles.
5. Liability & Passenger Insurance
All fleet vehicles carry comprehensive passenger motor insurance as mandated by Sri Lankan transport laws. While we strive for absolute punctuality, Taxilanka is not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, national roadblocks, or force majeure.
