When you request a taxi quote, book an airport transfer, or register as a driver, we collect necessary contact information (name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number), travel details (pickup/drop-off locations, dates, flight numbers), and vehicle preferences. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers; payments are processed directly through bank-grade encrypted gateways (Marx IPG).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your travel data solely to dispatch vehicles, provide real-time WhatsApp and SMS ride updates, assign licensed chauffeurs, track incoming flights for delays, and verify driver partner credentials. We never sell or rent your personal information to third-party marketers.
3. Data Security & Storage
All customer communications and booking records are encrypted via SSL/TLS HTTPS protocols. Access to customer contact details is restricted to authorized operations dispatchers and your designated chauffeur.
4. Driver Document Protection
Driver applications, driving license scans, and police clearance reports submitted via our Driver Onboarding portal are securely stored with restricted access and inspected strictly for verification and passenger safety audits.
